Tides was my second photo book series, inspired by the idea: “What if hurricanes were the spirits of our ancestors?” Building on that concept, I created another story within the series about a young man who suffers from headaches during hurricane season.
One day, he takes a walk along the beach and encounters the two figures pictured here, embodying the spirits of his ancestors.
